This tall modular has bright splashes of color, outdoor dining, a rooftop garden, and spiral stairs. On the inside, figs can visit the teashop, tea garden, restaurant, kitchen, billiards, + the top floor has a fully fleshed-out apartment.

The model is on a 32x32 baseplate and fits seamlessly with other modular buildings.
