The "Spinner" is the common nickname for the primary vehicle used by (mostly) Police in Ridley Scott's amazing sci-fi noir Blade Runner. It can drive on the ground, take-off vertically, and fly using jet propulsion. They are excellent for transportation and surveillance. The model has wheels that rotate between flight and landing mode, as well as opening doors with a full interior. There is plenty of space in the model for light to be added.
